DILAYAKIN — Web-Based Student Eligibility Evaluation System

Project Overview

DILAYAKIN is a full-stack web-based decision support system designed to support the pre-screening process for prospective elementary school students.

The system applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate student eligibility based on defined criteria and provide school recommendations.

Development Approach

The system was developed using Rapid Application Development (RAD) through iterative development with partner schools and the local Education Office.

Requirements and recommendation logic were refined based on stakeholder feedback.

Testing

Conducted Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with school administrators and parents, achieving an overall acceptance rate of 89.59%, categorized as Very Eligible.
